Admission Procedure

ACADEMIC YEAR: APRIL TO MARCH

A child seeking admission to the school must first get his/her name registered. Registration is no surety for admission. Students are normally registered for admission in the month of February for the next academic session.

Nursery : 2.5 - 3.5 Years
LKG : 3.5 - 4.5 Years
UKG : 4.5 - 5.5 Years

POINTS TO REMEMBER :

  • The school welcomes all the students irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
  • The management reserves to itself the right of admission.
  • New admissions will be created subject to the vacancies in each class.
  • If the candidate comes from a school outside the state of Haryana, the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the place in which that school is situated.
  • Classes for students who have taken their Std. X Board Examination are conducted before the results are declared. Allotment of streams are entirely at the discretion of the management on provisional basis. Final allotment of streams will be after the Board Results.
  • Pupil applying for admission are, as a rule subject to an entrance test. They will be tested for the passed out class syllabus.
  • Admission and Tuition fee must be deposited immediately after selection.
  • A school leaving certificate from the recognised school last attended must be submitted.
  • The Original Municipal Birth Certificate/ Notified Area Certificate/Aadhar Card, if the child has not attended school before.
  • Incomplete registration forms or forms without supporting documents will be rejected.
  • Registration is no guarantee for Admission. Procedure for Withdrawal

Procedure for Withdrawal

  • Before leaving the school in the mid of the session, one has to give calendar month's notice in advance.
  • For withdrawal after April 30, fee for two months i.e. May and June will have to be paid.
  • For withdrawal in November, fee for full term will have to be paid.
